A fragrant Account was opened I'm my name. It's been over a year and I'm currently not get any were with MTN. To a poiny I've Submitted all the required documents they've asked from my side the do an investigation and to close this account but till now my case hasn't been sorted. I've went to an extremes measures personally and did my own investigationsnd to who, how, when and where was this account opened. I had to drive to one of MTN service providers in Umhlanga and met up with a lady Called Asiphe who deals with they ********** cases. She then ask me to resubmit the document and she'll see to it that this case is closed but till now I'm still be contacted by MTN lawyer summoning me. At this point I really don't know what to do now. 😭
