********** Account
I was informed by FNB that MTN has listed me with th ITC for non-payment of an account entered into in 2015. I do not, neither have I had (for the past 20 years) an account with MTN. I contacted MTN via their website (report *****) as well as facebook. I got a response via Facebook, but 3 days later the final reply was that me query was forwarded to the relevant department. I have tried contacting MTN via phone but without success, either I am being told I am at the wrong department or when I phoned ***, I was transferred to the internal forensic department, but when transferred the phone just rings and then goes dead. I once got hold of someone that said he would phone me back in 5 minutes, he didn't.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We have now located the ********** account and the lines were disconnected, however in order for our ***** Department to close off the matter and get your record cleared with ITC we will need a SAPS stamped affidavit confirming that you have not app**** for an account as well as a certified ID book.
Please send this to fax number *** and mark it attention Tim. We will receive the documents as a scanned document.
