********** account

I reported a ********** account in August 2018, i sent all required documents (id copy, affidavit, copy of the ********** account and Letter of cancellation. I requested that they must investigate and closed the account they said it's a 21 days process, but till now the account is still open and they have even handed me over to debt collectors to harass me, demanding an amount of R8000. From Monday this week I have been requesting feedback from MTN ***** DEPARTMENT but seems like no one is willing to assist with this query..I spoke to Mbali, Sthandiwe and Amanda from MTN who have been saying they have escalated the query to the Manager (Osman) who was supposed to call me back on Wednesday (19/12/2018) - Please resolve this it's affecting my credit profile...
