My husband received a notification that an account has been opened in his name and has been handed over to a legal firm as it hasn't been paid. After contacting MTN and handing in an ***** application and avadavat we still receive sms's and emails for the payment. it has been about 3 months and nothing came from our complaint. Can someone please assist us on this matter and how we can clear this mess from our name?
