dear **** MTN!!! i Lerato Dreyer with a cell phone number - ********** 020 never had a cell phone contract with you ever, please note that my personal details have been used to open an account not sure within MTN business. 1. November i went to Mall of the South to correct this issue and i advised that everything will be sorted. i was given a reference number as well. 2. i was advise to email an Affidavit & ID copy, which i did.....but nothing instead you ****EN go into my account taking my money i had to do important things, i reversed the amount but my name is now. i cant get the house that i app**** for... seeing that you decided to just debit my account. 3. a consultant from MBD called to advise me that i owe you guys and that i need to pay, they aswell asked me to send the send an Affidavit & ID copy to them. guess what it didn't materialise as well. so everybody including the ****EN STUPID law firm for your collections ( MBD ) have the decency to be honest with me and sort out this. my kids don't have a roof over their heads and now i have to deal with this ****..... i expect you *********** MTN to remove my name from credit listing with this contract nonsense. my contact number is - ********** 020 & email **********
