********** ACCOUNT
My Director is being hounded by Hammond Pole attorneys for an overdue account. SHE DOESN'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH MTN!!! We tried getting a signed contract from either MTN or the attorneys but they cannot assist us... we eventually got the number from MTN but we still need the signed contract to hand over to the Police Station when we open a ********** case against who- ever opened the account. It cannot be that difficult to send us the signed contract and copy of the ID supp****? Our ref number is C ********** [# ********** 4]. We won't pay for this account as it was never opened with her permission. This matter is going for on for over a year now.

Take this as confirmation that we have received the complaint.
As per MTN policy we need a sworn SAPS affidavit detailing the dispute and a certified copy of the complainants ID to log a ***** case. Action will then be taken depending on the outcome of the investigation.
