From November 2017, have find out that someone open an additional number under my contract with MTN on this number ********** and have been quiry on different occasions with no assistance. Every time I call they tell me to wait for 21 working day. It's about 3 months with no avail. I need all my money being debited by MTN and and a compassion for my financial constraints. MTN has failed me dismally. For 3 months unable to solve my query. My account with them is less than 300 but I'm paying more than 3000 for ********** account. That anger me mostly. Hope you will be able to assist me Regards Mati
