<p>Kindly have someone from your ***** division contact me, please. A cellphone contract was taken out in August 2016 my name with my personal and confidential details, without my knowledge and/or authority. Every month since then I have had to reverse the stop order of which i too have had to incur costs from Standard Bank for these month charges. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have provided MTN Sandton branch with an affidavit and all supporting documents, yet it has been 3 weeks and still no one has contacted me. I have filled out the ***** form on your website numerous times and no-one has responded or contacted me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am now demanding the following be addressed immediately:</p> <p>1) This contract is to be terminated with immediate effect;<br />2) All future charges are ceased; <br />3) All transaction fees and monies that I have had to incur, is to be returned to my cheque account within 30 calendar days.<br />4) The perpetrator is to be held liable for ALL costs, you should be able to find the person as they were RICA’d to the address: 10 The Village, 32 Bunburry Road, Westdene, 2092. I am also certain that you can locate the perpetrator from his/her phone location.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your prompt response and action will be appreciated.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
