Disgusting Service

I spoke to unprofessional agents (Thandiwe/Nontobeko/Nomusa) on 17/03/2021 regarding a contract that was opened up on my name without my knowledge (**********ly). According to them it was opened last year. I was given a ref:*** but when I call them to do follow up numerous times, I’ve been put on hold or they escalate the call. I’ve never had an mtn account ever in my life and I definitely not have one.
