It’s been over a 2 weeks since I opened a ********** case with MTN ***** department whereby someone opened an account without my consent. I was told turn around takes 7-14 work days. Yet nothing has happened. MTN has been quiet and not trying to resolve my issue even after submitting the documents they required. I’m disappointed at their customer service and I feel sorry for those who are still using this ******* network
