Yesterday we received several sms's about new orders on our name. We did not order anything. Called mtn and the lady wasn't very helpful, could not even tell us what the orders was and said she cannot cancel it. Told us it was done online and the person who did this only needed an id number. This is clearly an inside job. Sent an email with screenshots of the messages, id and affidavit, heard nothing back.
