*****ulant Contract Still waiting for Information

<p>A *****ulant contract was opened with MTN using my ID.<br />I Urgently need an Explanation as to how this ******** had all my information<br />& to what extent MTN went to guarantee that all was legal<br />I have asked MTN repeatedly for copies of the following But I still have not received anything :<br />1 - I need to know whether the sales consultant saw an actual Original Green ID ???<br />2 - I need a copy of the Bank Statement that was provided by the ******** in order to activate the debit order<br />3 - I need copies of the Proof of Residence & Proof of Income provided by the Crimnal<br />Please can you Urgently supply me with this information.</p>
