*****ulant claims to get new contracts

MTN advertises a free UV Steriliser unit with certain contracts. I signed up for one of these and submitted claim with samsung and received a code that it has been successful. Samsung now claims they never received it. This is ********** claims by MTN and Samsung. It has been 4 months now and MTN ignores my query. LEBO from MTN Potchefstroom submitted my claim and now there seems to be no trace of it. On querying this Rolique was so rude and obnoxious blaming Samsung and Toby the Samsung rep. This is **** adverti*****t. Upon investigation Samsang claims not to have received my claim even though they sent me a sms of successful claim!! Between MTN and Samsung there is a ********** scheme promising these steriliser charging units to get contracts sold and then no one delivers!
