*****ulant actions but who cares ....

<p>I was migrated over from Altech Autopage to MTN in January 2016. A MTN agent called me repeatedly to discuss the new contract as my old contract expired. We agreed on a specific voice, data and SMS bundle and expected a smooth transition. The transistion happened but no contract arrived, no data, no SMS's - only airtime but also not as agreed. After numerous calls to MTN and numerous visits to MTN shops I still get no data or SMS's and my airtime is not exchangable for data. I got two reference numbers and email proof that MTN can't even find a copy of my contract (they asked me for a copy) and admitted in writing that they defaulted and that the migration was not done correctly. I logged a ***** report this morning as MTN is not playing by the rules.</p>
