**********! Terrible Service

Absolutely terrible service!!! Tried phoning you this morning, but no response. Only saying you have technical difficulties and can’t answer the phone. What the hell!! You just suspended my 2 numbers this morning. Without any reason or warning!! On 30 April you deducted an amount of R28 153 off my account when infact my bill is only R2587! Then you reverse the transactions through head office because obviously you guys made a mistake!! And now you suspend my numbers. I want this sorted out ASAP, as I am def gonna take this further. You guys are *********** and *******!
