I took a contract with mtn in 2020 called mymtnchoice 20GB. I was receiving a tota of 80GB, 40GB day and 40GB Night. Everything ran smoothly, I received my data as per agreement until I was due for an upgrade this year. On 1 July 2022, an mtn agent called me about the promo, this one is called mymtnchoice 40GB, where I will receive a total of 120GB, 60GB day and 60GB Night for R250. I received my 120GB data nicely on the 1st month, from there on, I have only been receiving 40GB, 20GB day and 20GB Night. I have called mtn several times and have been send from pillar to post. Every time I call, I'm told that I do have an ongoing query that is open and that someone will contact me. Nobody has contacted me and the debit order date is getting closer, mtn will take my money and yet they have not provided me with the service we had agreed on. **********!!!
