I don't understand why Alice Van der Merwe keeps claiming that she hasn't received the email I sent with the copy of my Id and affidavit, yet she rep**** to the email with those attachments requesting that I send her the account number to follow up.
I've already compiled a report containing all the conversations I had with MTN since November 2017, the emails I've been sending as well as the complaints I've sent and all of these will be sent to the Ombudsman should I not get feedback, this matter has been long over due.
I don't understand why she claims she's not receiving my emails, yet the people I've copied on the email are receiving the email. I've copied those people as backup because I knew she would say she didn't receive my emails and I used the correct email that I got from her **********

10 Apr 2018, 13:25so your email chooses what to receive and what not to receive, you are receiving the emails i'm sending, but for some reason you don't get the email with the attached docs, can you send me an alternative email address so I can send the docs to someone who will be able to receive them.
