I gave the one star because I can’t give 0. But the so called BOZZA network is nothing but ********. My contract has ended and they refuse to cancel it. They keep debiting even if I have asked numerous times from them to stop. Called the useless call centre to cancel my contract months before it ended was advised no need for notice to cancel and dat after my last debit I should call did exactly that now they are coming up with stories. Spoke to the team in retention called Reilly wow that guy is just as useless as the agent that gave me all this information. Please do not do business with this company the are ********** running that company like a ****a shop. Promise callbacks which never happen. You are messing up my credit profile with all these unwarranted debit. Very appalled. Cancel this **** already and stay away from my money and account. Oh ur connectivity is as bad ur service
