people working ant MTN are just a bunch of **********, so I had 2 contracts with them for at least 3 years, which I have been paying R328 on 1 contract I received 10 gigs of data, so from August I noticed I didn't receive my normal data instead i received 2gigs and 200 minutes and they debited me R448, when i enquired with them they told me on of their consultant his name is SOMESH/SAMESH GOVENDER WHO WORKS AT AN MTN STORE upgraded me without my consent and when I asked the ***** department to investigate for me my query fell on deaf ears. SO TO ANYONE LOOKING TO DO BUSINESS WITH MTN DO NOT DO THAT SAVE YOUR SELF THE FRASTRATING I AM CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH.
