I did an application at MTN Vaal Mall on the 22nd of January, my application was referred and I was told I’ll be contacted with the outcome and no one got back to me. After making means to find out the outcome I was informed that my application was approved and was issued to someone else **********ly using my personal details. The store, management, complaints management departments couldn’t care less.. my personal details were share with a ********* and everyone is just calm and I’m not engaged … your services a poor and everything that my name will be implicated on MTN will have to answer to it as I’m going to open a case against your company
