I am deeply disappointed that one agent felt that today is a perfect day to commit ***** on my contract, Mr Ofentse Senuma from MTN Brooklyn Mall (Next to Checkers) decided this morning to do a credit limit increase of R200 on one of my MTN lines and further transfer that money to another number and I have ALL the proof I need. Further more done a NEW Line application on my name??? For an iPhone 13 which I didn't consent for, I am in Polokwane sick as a dog and now I have to run up and down because one of your own employees felt today was a good day to be a *******!!!!!!!!!!! I am beyond livid. Because at the end of the day I have to pay for his ignorance and wait for MTN to conclude their case. It makes me sick to my stomach that ones information is no longer safe.
