for the past 2 months I have been billed over R900 for calls I did not make, as per my itemised billing I have been billed even on calls that show 00 call duration, when I call them for answers no one seems to know how the billing process works or what their call costs r, I am tired of your incompetency, I want my money back into my account, MTN is using us to recover the funds they lost in Nigeria, I will not be one of your victims, I WANT ANSWERS AND MY MONEY BACK!

Kindly be advised that your invoices dated 2016-02-01 and 2016-01-13 were investigated. All calls were initiated directly from your line therefore all charges are valid. Please note that in terms of charges, Voice packages differ from a data packages.
On the itemised billing note that charges of R0.66 with a duration of 000:00:00 those would be the sms's sent from your line.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
