*****ELENTLY OPENED 5 CONTRACTS AND I ONLY SIGNED FOR 3

Ported my three contracts from Cell C to MTN last year at MTN in Mimosa Mall Bloemfontein. After waiting more than a month I finally got approval and two of the three devices was delivered to me late in December 2018. We then enquired with the MTN consultant on when the other device will be sent as she promised that all the devices would have been delivered at the same time. She then advised us that the devices we received was for another two contracts issued (not the one’s she initially promised delivery on). So, MTN had issued 5 contracts in total instead of only 3 we app**** for. The consultant then asked me to return the two devices received in December and the correct 3 devices will then be given to us in store. I took off from work to do the switch in the Branch as she told me to, just to get there and find out that they are unable to switch the phones and that I had to keep the ones already issued to me. I truly believed that they could have discussed this matter with management before making me go to the store and wasting my time. While in store, the consultant confirmed that the issue with the other two lines will be sorted and the correct invoices will be sent to us. After VARIOUS follow ups, calls and going in to the branch, this is still not done. To date, no statements has been received, the lines have still not been removed and they keep me liable for the payments on lines, I did not apply for! The debit orders are deducted twice monthly for ridiculous amounts! We paid the first debit order, but the same month, another debit order was put through again and since this matter is still not resolved, I cancelled the debit order that month as well as the following month. THIS IS NOW CAUSING ISSUES ON MY CREDIT PROFILE AND IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! MTN *****ULANTLY opened two additional lines on my profile. I am going to open a ******** case against MTN and the consultant who was the only person to have access to my documents. The service received from MTN is shocking!
