On the 22/11/2016 Nothando call center ref. ********** 51 assured me the problem will be resolved in my December billing. Yesterday my son told me he only received 500mb. Today I was referred to mtn direct ********** 667 who are not answering calls. Customer retentions ********** 062 seems not to be working.</p>
