We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please can you provide us with a bank stamped statement reflecting the debit order as we've checked our system and we see that there are old accounts registered in your name but no debits were submitted for any of these accounts.
The issue might be that a debit for a different customers account was submitted to your banking account due to an error. Please fax the bank stamped statement to *** and we will receive it via e-mail (scanned).
Please also mark it attention Tim and we will assist with getting the matter resolved.
