***** WITH NO RESPONSE
******* upgrade on my parent's (retirees) account:<br> And then billed R1000 for that. The joke is....they have not upgraded yet!! Their phones have also been CUT OFF because of this outstanding amount. <br> Numerous calls, emails, visits to store have delivered no results only 'papers have been sent to the internal ***** department' with no communication from the '***** department'.<br> Definitely cancelling these contracts!!!

Kindly can we request that you send us the required documents (SAPS affidavit & certified ID book copy of the registered account holder) in order for us to log a request for our ***** Department to reverse the upgrades and charges accordingly.
