***** while MTN looking

Mtn I'm deeply hurt that Someone manage to upgrade when my account had a red flag that somebody is trying to commit ***** on my account. A lady called Roxette sent a message that my number shouldn't be upgraded. Today somebody managed to upgrade and it's been approved. I've been a loyal customer of MTN and I've got 4 numbers with guys. What's really disturbing is that the account was block and a lady from retention called Nombuso she told me that she can see the red flag raised by Roxette. After receiving messages that the upgrade was approved I called retention were the call took more 1 hour. The guy who was assisting me told me he hand it over to ***** division because it's been approved. The question is how when the was a red flag on my name ??? That means people can do as they please as long as make profit. People should be fired for incompetence that are playing people lives this not on!!! I wanted to take the fifth line for my son since he is turning 16 now I don't trust MTN. Make sure mater is sorted before I move my business to people who will value as a customer @MTNza
