***** - upgrade given to stranger

I have had a 2 GB package with MTN for the longest time and this December someone decided to go ahead a give a random person an upgrade on my name with a new hand set and new package yet I am now paying for this person to have access to my contract. My month to month contract went from R125 to R559 without any consent or approval from me and have nothing to show for this. Phone the ***** department, they tell me they cannot help as I have phoned the wrong number.....WTH!!! <br> I want my money paid back into my account today and whoever is walking around with a new phone for that phone and contract to be stropped IMMEDIATELY. <br> <br> Added to that...CANCEL my contract immediately as I no longer wish to deal with MTN!!!!!
