*****, theft and ruining credit ratings

MTN has ruined my credit rating. Firstly they have debited me for a device or contract that I have never signed for. I jave sent countless emails and have not received a single response. Upon calling and holding for endless hours, these assholes told me that they have sorted out. A few months later, I get calls from attorneys advising me that I have beem handed over. So clearly it hasnt been sorted out. When querying at the store, a consultant by the name of Gugu, at MTN greenacres, (the one who caught on **** and hasnt been responding to me) told me that Mamsa, her manager had put me on manual payment (without my knowledge). So now I had to go into the store to pay for something I did not sign for. Its been months later and attorneys are still harrassing me. Sort your **** out MTN greenacres.
