***** that is being done by Mtn

I ordered a phone online December 2022 and I received it on the 23rd of December 2022 ,the phone was wrong package and I called mtn and they said I must take it to the nearest store and I took it there Hence now I'm receiving a bill that is due to R16433.58. When I call mtn billing no one is helping me.
