***** Subscriptions because I NEVER signed up for this!!!!!

So everytime I buy airtime I get auto subscriptions which takes my airtime without my permission. I am so fuming because the last time my airtime was not reversed I have to wait 2 hours. This is pathetic. Can this stop.
