I took a data contract in may this year and the promised data was not allocated from the inception of the contract. I asked for the contract to be canceled due to bridge of contract from the 2nd june 2020. To date the contract is still not canceled and they keep debiting my account. I have not used the contract since end of may 2020. I want this contract cancelled and I want to be refunded all the debits from july to date.
