***** Report Unattended

I lodged a ***** report on the 12th of March 2022 as someone **********ly opened 2 accounts last year November 21 in my name. I have never had any account with MTN and this has unfairly affected my credit record its been more than 2 weeks of trying to get assistance to rectify this to no success I am frustrated at the lack of no feedback from MTN tried to call and email zero responses, below is the reference I received when I lodged the ***** report:
