***** Report on mtn is not taken seriously

Reporting ***** on MTN is a hideous exercise. I called customer service on a Saturday morning to report that someone is **********ly trying to port my number to a cellc network, instead of assisting me the customer care agent refers me to a porting department which she is well aware that, that department does not work on weekends.. Worse of all my number is already on the white list because this is not the first ***** attempt. I guess I'm on my own till Monday. I'm so disappointed 😞
