***** refund

<p>Good morning</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted hello peter a few months back with regards to a ***** case. It has now been resolved, but unfortunately, I am still waiting for the actual refund for the 7 months I was incorrectly billed. When I phoned 808 (their client service contact centre) they informed me that I need to speak to Lesego Tsele in billings, they supp**** me with her number as well (011 ********** ) unfortunately, once I am transferred, their is no answer. The phone eventually stops ringing and the call then cuts. For the month of July, they put me in credit of R610, but are due to take the instalment off now the end of Aug again, so also, what happens to that remaining credit balance. I feel mtn was quick to debit my account every month, but are taking months and months to pay me back the money that is rightfully mine. My query number is ********** 5. I feel this has just gone on for far to long, and it is a matter I want put behind me. I want my money deposited into my bank account, and will continue to pay the monthly instalments.</p>
