My complaint with MTN is they are using contact number on a person name. I take a contact in December 2017 for 2 tables one was R 50 so for both it was R109. My contact end in December 2019. (24 months) up till today someone inside MTN is using the one number. I have cancel the number so MTN was for a cancellation fee, ID copy and a letter months back. Today on the 15/05/2020 I tried to call MTN 10 times every time the call gets drop. From Jan 2020 till today I have dealt with the following. Tshepiso Moletsane, Neo Makoti, Lesiba, Thembisile Sithole, Jacobeth Mabotja, Charelle Brockman. Please see email below

Good Day, ***** team I have taking both contract on the same time please stop the contract *** and ***. Someone inside MTN is doing ***** on my name. I am bill for 2 numbers that was taking at the same time in December 2017 24 months, end date for contract is December 2019. We are in April 2020 I still get bill for *** I am not using the number at all and I still get billings on the number. From my complaint last month this should have ended, sorted. I have paid the outstanding amount to MTN. Please stop this misunderstanding Big please stop billing me for a contract that I don’t know about *** I had to numbers with MTN *** (Sim card was block in April/May 2019) and *** (Sim card was block in April/May 2019) both number was block. I have not used that number for 10 months. First of all both the numbers *** and *** I have taking the contact in December 2017 and it was R50 for a contract so for both the contact must have terminated now in December 2019 it 24 month. MTN please get you billing in order and stop doing ***** on people names. It is my second time senting the email (March 2020 and April 2020 to please cancel the contract on the *** and *** ) MTN WILL REVERSE BOTH JANUARY AND FEBRUARY 2020 BILLING ( IT IS R110 FOR JANUARY 2020 AND FEBRUARY 2020 R110 = R220) I will only pay (R527.41 – R220 = R307.41) because I was not using that sims cards.
