***** Querry ***
Somebody open an account on my name, October 2017. I have done everything they requested of me, submitting documents contact them every second day asking how far the are sorting this. Now they inform me the signature on my affidavit and ID copy is the same. I have to go back and open a police case after so many months. Really pathetic

Signature on the affidavit is the same as the signature signed for subscriber agreement documents and the DSV documents. ID copy is also the same. Line not removed/deactivated. Please advise the client to submit a police case for further investigations.
The contract is valid and case close from MTN side.
