Should you try and contact them, or Mondo, and request recordings of your call, Mondo will tell you that they cannot send it to you directly. I repeat, they cannot send YOU a recording of YOUR voice, that they have on their systems. You need to drive to the single Mtn direct store in Menlyn and maybe they'll help you if they feel like it.
