***** ON SIM CARD

I'm Mpumzi Ganyaza. I have been using the *** MTN number for over 18 years. Last week Thursday I got a pop up message from Nedbank asking whether to reject or accept the message and I rejected the message.

I called my bank and there was no problem with my funds. I then went to MTN and was told my number no longer exists or was ported. I told them I use this number for my business. It is very important that I have it or I will lose customers. I need my number back please. I'm not sure what happened. Please call me on *** as an alternative number.
