***** on my MTN bill and no one is maning up

After numerous calls and written correspondence and been sent from pillar to post still no joy. I see this as ***** and theft. I’ve been a client roughly 20 years however recently I’ve been short changed and aR1500 out of any household budget during Covid make a huge difference. I even had a promise of return call within 2 hours( I’ve got reference numbers for the recordings to proof) and yet still NOT resolved. What does it take… is everyone just settled as the get their salary or let’s scheme people out of their money…..
