***** on my MTN account. MTN is the most useless company!!!

<p>On the 17th March I gave MTN a call because I wanted to find out what process I had to follow in order to cancel my cellphone contract which was coming to an end beginning of April. I was told to phone back again on the day my contract ends. I phoned them back a day after my contract expired wanting to cancel but I was told that someone upgraded using my details. I was obviously infuriated because this could have been avoided if MTN didnt have such meaningless processes. I then had to provide MTN with numerous documents and go to the police station to get an affidavit. I had to submit these documents twice because the first consultant, Theola Hilmer, was of no assistance. I sent the documents again to Nokukhanya Madlala who supposedly submitted the documents to the ***** department. I followed up with them everyday since then but that didnt yield anything. For weeks no one contacted me to give me feedback on the investigation. I spoke to another consultant today by the name of Sunday Nkosi and I asked him to give me feedback on the investigation and he said that this was was sorted out but they did not cancel my contract as I initially requested. He said that I have to wait another 30 days for them to cancel this contract which I initially asked them to do on the 17th of March. <strong>Your service is absolutely appalling! Instead of making life easier for your clients, you make it hard for them to do simple processes and make it very easy for other people to use our details **********ly without doing proper screening on them. MTN sort this out!!!!</strong></p>
