***** on My FNB account during MTN Sim Swap Process

Unauthorized transactions on my account ( FNB & Edgards) while was phone was in the process on sim swap.

I reported my phone with MTN on the 31st May 2020 that I don’t have network service I was told I need to rica my phone. On this day prepaid vouchers where purchased from Edgards. On the 1st June I went to MTN The Grove Mall to rica my phone I was told my SIM card is old I need to do a sim swap but the rica details where fine . I was told to switch off my phone till the next day at around 11:00. The 2nd June I switch on my phone the sim swap was declined I need to do another one ... call center agent helped me and at Around 18:00 everything was fine sim swap was done. That evening I log into my FNB account R1000 ewallet was withdrawn on the 1st June while my phone was off ( During sim swap process )

MTN Please investigate.
