***** ON MY CELLPHONE CONTRACT
<p>i have an contract with MTN and was due for an upgrade, however i never did any upgrade on my contract and someone went to MTN SPRINGS and took an IPHONE with my details. <br />now my installement has went up by R220. I tried calling MTN 808 was been sent from pillar to post. until i went to MTN eastrand mall to find out that a consultant by name of Andrew Dlamini authorised this upgrade on the 23 August without my knowledge or consent. im very dissapoited at MTN i cant wait to finish paying off my contract on December and leave MTN for good. REF NO: ********** 66</p>

Please be advised that the ********** upgrade on the number 083****345 has been cancelled, the migration and the term date have been reversed. A journal will be passed for the difference in subscription.

please note i need this thing resolved as soon possible.. i received an sms that i have an outstanding balance of R145. if i dont pay it my line will be suspended.
as as i know i have paid my balance or installement for this month.
