***** on my account

I did an upgrade with Mtn in March, of which I took new phone on my existing number and added with a router. I got both of my devices, but the package they gave me on my router is not what I signed for. Firstly they charged me more on the first month and claimed that it was a ones off. I have been a customer to mtn for 8years at most. They just a bunch of ******, selling customer nonsense. MTN is stilling from their people despite what they were charged for. They haven't fixed that. I will go public with this matter, cause even if you call. U don't get assistance,
