***** on MTN business account.

I wanted to report cell phone ***** to MTN and phoned their ***** number on 2020-06-16, after I had spurious telephone calls, purported to be from MTN. I was told not to worry, as nothing could be done on a business account, without authorization from the business concerned. I then wrote an e-mail to MTN, detailing the cell phone numbers of the call and the SMS I received. I received a confirmation case number (***) immediately. Thereafter nothing happened! I phoned today to number 135 to discuss my discomfort about the possibility of my business account having been compromised. I waited 10 minutes and gave up. I don't believe that MTN is serious about fighting this kind of *****. Although we have to comply with all the FICA requirements, but the ******** cannot be found.
