***** on MTN account

On the 11/09/2020, I called and spoke to a consultant called Patrick regarding a double charged promo fee on my MTN account for the month's of Aug, Sep and now Oct 2020. Patrick confirmed that I'd be refunded the two months promo fee in the Oct debit but it's not the case. I'm going to refer this to my lawyer as this is *****. I want my account to be refunded now and not next month.
