***** on MTN account
I have been *****ed out of over R2000 on my MTN statement for January! R2000 too much was debited to my account. After a 4 day, difficult investigation with battles to get answers etc, we have established that someone has put two extra cell numbers on my account for over R1000 each. So, now, I have to get sworn police affidavits, a case number etc so they can lodge a case with their ***** dept. Can u imagine how long it will take to refund me? It is a huge loss for me and I don't understand how it could have happened considering that applying for a cell phone requires documentation etc. I believe personally that is is an "inside job". MTN also had an incorrect email address for me, one that has never even existed and when they tried to change it "the system was down"! Now it has been changed. Just have found MTN to be pretty useless over the last 2 -3 years.
