***** on cellphone upgrade.

<p>It's been 2 months since I have sent my complaint to MTN. In December I got a deduction of R945 and apparently I have upgraded to an iPhone 7 that I know nothing of. I was told to go to police station and get an affidavit regarding this and I have done that and sent it to them but up to this day I have not received any information from MTN nor a case number. Meanwhile R945 is being deducted every monthend.</p>
