***** on cellphone account.

On the 5th March 2021 my MTN account was hacked and money was transferred from my account to some number I dont know of. When I went to report the matter they told me that I should submit an affidavit and ID copy confirming the ***** and that I did not acknowledge the transaction. I went to the MTN shop in Westgate to submit the documents but still haven't received any communication or follow up call or email from them. The consultants in the shop are always uninterested and only care to assist only if you're taking a new contract and dnt care about customer service. Sbusiso is the consultant that was assisting me and still hasn't made any means to give any form of feedback on the progress of my complaint.
