*****: no response after two weeks

Good day,

I have recently found out there is ***** amounting to R41000 against my name at MTN.

Initialy I found the service quite good since I was helped quickly. I was told to send some documents on to one Mr. Pillay.

A couple of days pass and I have yet to hear anything back, so I phone back only to be told no documents were received. I then send the same documents again and wait.

After not hearing anything back the next day, I phone back escalating my case. Eventually Mr. Pillay emails me back in a very unprofessional manner stating in no uncertain terms of how

busy he is, and that he has received my documents. I explained to him that this case is extremely important to me, as it affects my ability to get a homeloan. I have yet to receive a response back from him again.

Fast forward to today, I phone back twice (first time I was cut off) and the second time someone tried to put me through to the legal department only to hear a voice saying "the number I have dialed, does not exist".

Luckily I asked for a number before I got transferred ( ********** ) but that number always rings and as evidence from other complaints, that number never works.

I have phoned more than ten times, sent almost as many emails and I received ONE (very unprofessional) response back in total!

Now I ask with tears in my eyes (well almost), that somebody please resolve this ***** issue AND give me some feedback on what's going on.

It might not seem important to MTN but it's certainly to me!

Regards
